Terms of Engagement

By accessing the Prizeek platform or participating in any hunt, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these operational protocols, you must refrain from using the platform.

Participation is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 15 years old (or have parental consent).
• You must maintain an active, verified Google/Supabase account.
• You must be physically present in the operational city during the hunt.

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all hunters, the following rules apply:

• Fair Play: No usage of GPS spoofing or automated scripts to participate.
• Proximity: You must be within the specified proximity of the target location to qualify for prizes.
• Verification: Clear selfie proof at the target shop location is required for all prize claims.
• Conduct: Respect local residents, private property, and traffic laws during your hunt.

Prizes are sponsored by local partner shops and are subject to availability. Prizeek act as a coordinator. Winners must present their verification at the specified shop during business hours to collect their reward.

Your safety is your own responsibility. Prizeek is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during your participation in treasure hunts. Stay vigilant and follow all local safety regulations.

Prizeek reserves the right to modify tournament rules, cancel active missions, or suspend hunter accounts in cases of protocol violation or safety concerns.
